Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Kuzey Kıbrıs Mall mobil uygulamaları (müşteri uygulaması ve satıcı uygulaması) ile internet sitesini kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını, paylaşıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Platformu kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Topladığımız bilgiler

• Hesap bilgileri: ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası ve parola. Google, Facebook veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız bu hizmetlerin paylaşmanıza izin verdiği temel profil bilgileri.
• Teslimat ve fatura bilgileri: adres bilgileriniz ve siparişin teslimi için gerekli iletişim bilgileri.
• Konum: adres seçerken, size yakın ilçe ve mağazaları gösterirken ve teslimatı kolaylaştırmak için, izin vermeniz halinde yaklaşık veya hassas konumunuz.
• Sipariş ve işlem bilgileri: verdiğiniz siparişler, sepetiniz, favorileriniz, yorumlarınız, iade ve iptal talepleriniz, cüzdan ve sadakat puanı hareketleriniz.
• Yüklediğiniz içerik: profil fotoğrafı, yorum görselleri; satıcılar için mağaza ve ürün görselleri ile mağaza ve işletme bilgileri.
• Cihaz bilgileri: bildirim göndermek için cihaz kimliği (bildirim belirteci), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, hata kayıtları.
• Destek yazışmaları: bize ilettiğiniz mesajlar ve destek talepleri.

2. Bilgileri neden kullanıyoruz

• Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek, kimliğinizi doğrulamak.
• Siparişlerinizi almak, satıcıya iletmek, teslim etmek ve iade/iptal süreçlerini yürütmek.
• Sipariş durumu, kampanya ve hesabınızla ilgili bildirimler göndermek.
• Müşteri desteği sağlamak, şikayet ve uyuşmazlıkları çözmek.
• Platformun güvenliğini sağlamak, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
• Hizmeti geliştirmek ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.

3. Bilgilerin paylaşılması

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda paylaşırız:

• Satıcılar ve teslimat: siparişinizi hazırlayıp teslim edebilmeleri için ilgili satıcı ve teslimat görevlisi ile adınız, adresiniz ve telefon numaranız.
• Hizmet sağlayıcılar: bildirim (Google Firebase), harita ve konum (Google Maps), kimlik doğrulama (Google, Facebook, Apple), barındırma ve ödeme hizmetleri sunan iş ortaklarımız; yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gerekli ölçüde.
• Ödeme kuruluşları: kartlı ödeme sunulduğunda ödeme, ilgili ödeme kuruluşunun güvenli sayfasında işlenir; tam kart bilgilerinizi platformda saklamayız.
• Yasal zorunluluk: yetkili makamların yasal talepleri halinde.

4. Saklama süresi

Verilerinizi, hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece ve yasal saklama yükümlülüklerimiz kapsamında saklarız. Bu sürenin sonunda verileriniz silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

5. Güvenlik

Verilerinizi yetkisiz erişime, kayba ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız. Parolalar şifrelenerek saklanır ve iletişim şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden yapılır. Hiçbir sistemin tamamen güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız.

6. Haklarınız ve hesabın silinmesi

Geçerli kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatı (KVKK dahil, uygulanabildiği ölçüde) kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve verilerinizi taşıma haklarına sahipsiniz. Profil bilgilerinizi uygulamadan düzenleyebilirsiniz.

Hesabınızı silmek için: müşteri uygulamasında Profil bölümündeki hesap silme seçeneğini, satıcı uygulamasında menüdeki hesap silme seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde kişisel verileriniz, yasal olarak saklanması gereken sipariş ve fatura kayıtları dışında silinir.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Platform 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda uygulama içinde veya diğer uygun yollarla sizi bilgilendiririz ve gerektiğinde onayınızı yeniden isteriz.

9. İletişim

Gizlilikle ilgili sorularınız ve talepleriniz için uygulamadaki destek bölümünden veya internet sitemizde yer alan iletişim bilgilerinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kuzey Kıbrıs Mall (the customer app, the seller app and our website, together the "Platform") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. By using the Platform you accept this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: first and last name, email address, phone number and password. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, the basic profile information those services allow you to share.
• Delivery and billing information: your addresses and the contact details needed to deliver your order.
• Location: with your permission, your approximate or precise location, used when you choose an address, to show nearby districts and shops, and to help delivery.
• Order and activity data: your orders, cart, wishlist, reviews, return and cancellation requests, wallet and loyalty point activity.
• Content you upload: profile photo and review images; for sellers, shop and product images and business details.
• Device information: a device identifier (push notification token) to send notifications, device model, operating system, app version, and crash logs.
• Support communications: messages and requests you send us.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• To receive, pass on and deliver your orders and handle returns and cancellations.
• To send you order status, promotional and account notifications.
• To provide customer support and resolve complaints and disputes.
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the service and meet our legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these cases:

• Sellers and delivery: your name, address and phone number are shared with the relevant seller and delivery person so your order can be prepared and delivered.
• Service providers: partners providing notifications (Google Firebase), maps and location (Google Maps), sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple), hosting and payment services, only to the extent needed to provide the service.
• Payment institutions: where card payment is offered, the payment is processed on the payment institution's secure page; we do not store your full card details on the Platform.
• Legal requirements: when requested by competent authorities in accordance with the law.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal retention obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Passwords are stored hashed and communication takes place over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure.

6. Your rights and account deletion

Under applicable personal data protection law (including KVKK, where applicable) you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You can edit your profile information in the app.

To delete your account: use the delete account option in the Profile section of the customer app, or in the menu of the seller app. When an account is deleted, your personal data is erased, except order and invoice records we are legally required to keep.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When there are important changes we will notify you in the app or by other suitable means and, where required, ask for your consent again.
